  • Newsletter sign-ups: email address and first name (optional)

  • Contact forms: whatever you choose to send us

  • Digital product purchases (current or future): name, email, billing address, payment details (processed securely by third-party payment processors)

  • Analytics: anonymous usage data via Google Analytics and Wix Analytics (page views, time on site, general location)

  • Ask us to delete your data

  • Opt out of marketing emails (use the “unsubscribe” link or contact us)

  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (CCPA) – note: we do not sell your data for money, but California law treats some analytics and advertising cookies as a “sale.” Use our cookie banner to opt out.

  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any right, email Fox@theinspiredfox.com. We’ll respond within 30 days (45 days for CCPA requests).7. Children under 13
The Inspired Fox is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it immediately.8. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed:

  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe

  • Purchase records: 7 years (tax purposes)

  • Comments: indefinitely (unless you ask us to remove them)

9. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS), regular backups, and restricted access to keep your information safe.10. Changes to this policy
